Williams-Sonoma, Inc. appoints a Director of Global & Domestic Transportation in Memphis, TN to lead the end-to-end transportation network. You will drive strategy, optimize LTL/FTL/Intermodal/Parcel, and partner cross-functionally to align with growth and customer experience goals.

You will mentor a high-performing team, manage a multi-million-dollar budget, and leverage analytics to reduce costs while improving service and resiliency across all transportation modes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive transportation leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing domestic and international transportation networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transportation strategy for domestic and international operations.
• Oversee LTL, FTL, Intermodal, Parcel, Ocean, and Air Freight networks.
• Drive transportation procurement, carrier sourcing, and contract negotiations.
• Develop long-term network strategies to improve service, resiliency, and cost efficiency.
• Build executive dashboards and perform transportation analytics for strategic decision making.
