The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in tariffs, classification, and duty optimization, with strong leadership and a passion for developing people.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field.
• 10+ years in customs operations or trade compliance.
• 8+ years of leadership in Customs/Trade.
• Active U.S. Customs Broker License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customs operations, import clearance, and trade compliance programs.
• Act as primary escalation point for compliance issues and customer concerns.
• Ensure timely and compliant import entries across transportation modes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, governance, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align trade strategy.
