Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Director of Global & Domestic Transportation to lead all transportation modes and optimize service, cost, network efficiency, and customer experience. You will partner across Supply Chain functions to align strategy with growth and excellence.

The role requires strategic vision, strong data-driven decision making, and a passion for developing high-performing teams and leaders worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field is required.
• At least 10 years of progressive transportation leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing domestic and international transportation networks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an enterprise transportation strategy for domestic and international operations.
• Lead procurement, carrier sourcing, contracts, and annual bid events.
• Oversee LTL, TL, intermodal, parcel, ocean, and air transportation networks.
• Manage multi-million-dollar transportation budgets and analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and service excellence.
