Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a senior Transportation Leader in Memphis, TN to guide end-to-end transportation strategy and execution across LTL, FTL, Intermodal, Parcel, Ocean, and Air Freight. The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and carrier negotiations to improve service and cost efficiency.

The position focuses on building a scalable distribution network, partnering with sourcing, operations, and technology for continuous improvement and customer experience excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive transportation leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end transportation network strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Lead all transportation modes: LTL, FTL, Intermodal, Parcel, Ocean, and Air Freight.
• Develop and manage multi-million-dollar transportation budget and forecasting.
• Drive carrier procurement, negotiations, and performance improvement across the network.
• Build analytics and dashboards to monitor service, cost, and network resiliency.
