Job summary

IFF is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage technical documentation, quality information, and regulatory data for global markets. The role involves creating and distributing documentation, ensuring ISO, HACCP, GMP compliance, and supporting product registrations.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams and enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint to maintain master data and ensure quality across product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Natural Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in QA, regulatory, or quality roles in food, dietary, or pharma.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, ISO, or FSSC 22000.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests for technical documentation and product data.
• Serve as first-line support for documentation and quality inquiries.
• Create and distribute product descriptions, COAs, and certificates.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory frameworks.
• Support regulatory, export, and product registration requirements.
• Maintain product master data in SAP and participate in workflow changes.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service.
