Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a quality/specification professional to support specification reviews and quality systems compliance. You will collaborate with the Product Data team to ensure accurate item setup, maintain master data, and support ISO/FDA processes across the site.

You will ensure customer specifications are captured and feasible, negotiate if needed, and contribute to audits and training efforts. A strong eye for detail and solid documentation practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing and/or Quality environment preferred.
• Experience reviewing customer specifications.
• Knowledge of ERP software (AS400 & SAP).
• Knowledge of Quality System Software and Standards preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer specifications and ensure data is captured in the new item setup process.
• Review customer specifications for data accuracy and feasibility with Amcor's requirements.
• Communicate and negotiate items within the customer specification that Amcor cannot agree to.
• Create Amcor drawings when the customer does not provide their own drawing/spec.
• Maintain Master Data Library and keep files up to date.
• Adhere to ISO 13485 and FDA CFR documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Data team and stakeholders to expedite item setup.
• Complete tasks within defined timelines/SLAs.
• Support document control within KMS.
• Support change control systems to ensure ISO compliance and customer needs.
• Participate in audits as requested.
• Maintain site skill matrices and training materials.
• Develop and standardize manufacturing specifications for internal and external requirements.
• Liaise with graphics for print specifications and requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
