Qualifications

• 5–10 years of FMCG distributor management experience.
• Experience with major French retail accounts.
• Business-fluent French and English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with third-party distributors across France, Nordics, and other markets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with distributor partners.
• Drive distributor performance with strategic guidance on branding, portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market.
