Job summary

Archipelago Companies in Irvine, CA, seeks an International Distributor Account Manager to own the day-to-day relationship with distributors for OluKai, Melin, and Roark outside our operated markets. This cross-brand role sits within Tradewind Services; you will manage forecast, prebook, orders, and sell-in vs sell-thru, while upholding brand standards and driving growth.

Requires at least four years in wholesale/distributor management, strong Excel, ERP/BI experience, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• In-depth wholesale/distributor management experience in consumer products.
• Forecasting and order-book management with revenue responsibility.
• Advanced Excel skills for forecasting and data handling.
• Experience with ERP and BI environments; translate data into action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of international distributors.
• Lead seasonal sell-in cycles, assortment planning, and order-entry accuracy.
• Manage at-once demand and in-season replenishment with inventory coordination.
• Own revenue, margin, and order fill targets; present monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Operations, and Brand teams across time zones.
