Job summary

Archipelago Companies is seeking an International Distributor Account Manager based in Irvine, CA. You will own the day-to-day commercial relationship with international distributors for OluKai, Melin, and Roark, driving prebook and at-once orders, and ensuring brand standards.

You will build seasonal forecasts, track sell-in vs sell-through, and coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistics to optimize inventory and shipments.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in wholesale account management or distributor management.
• Proven ownership of a revenue book with forecast accuracy.
• Experience with prebook, at‑once, sell‑in, and sell‑thru planning.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day contact for international distributors across three brands.
• Own end-to-end seasonal sell-in, order entry, and on-time delivery.
• Build rolling seasonal forecasts by distributor, brand, and category.
• Manage revenue, margin, and order fill targets; present monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Ensure brand standards and pricing integrity across markets.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Operations, and Finance.
