Archipelago Companies seeks an International Distributor Account Manager to oversee distributor relationships for OluKai, Melin, and Roark outside direct markets. Based in Irvine, CA, this cross-brand role anchors commercial and operational activity, forecasting, prebook flow, and inventory coordination with partners worldwide.

You will work with Planning, Production, Operations, and Credit to optimize revenue and margin while ensuring brand standards across markets.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in wholesale account management, international sales, or distributor management.
• Ownership of revenue forecast and delivery to plan.
• Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups on large data sets.
• Experience operating in ERP and BI/reporting environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication across time zones and cultures.
• Willingness to travel internationally with a valid passport.
• Experience managing distributors and enforcing brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for international distributor accounts across three brands.
• Lead seasonal sell-in cycle end-to-end: presentation, assortment planning, prebook, order entry, confirmation.
• Manage at-once demand and in-season replenishment and coordinate samples, price lists, assets.
• Own order book: monitor open orders, ship windows, cancellations, backorders; drive on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain rolling seasonal forecasts by distributor, brand, and category.
• Collaborate on demand signals, buy quantities, and inventory positioning for International channel.
• Track sell-in vs sell-thru by partner; flag risks with recommended actions.
