Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Associate Distribution Process Owner to drive distribution efficiency and lead cross-functional projects aligned with global standards. You will work with Distribution, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, and IT to identify opportunities and implement improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field and 3+ years in logistics or process improvement, with experience in WMS/ERP/TMS and EDI systems. US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, distribution, supply chain operations, or process improvement.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and related supply chain technologies.
• Knowledge of EDI, system integrations, and data governance practices.
• APICS / ASCM Certification or similar designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution projects and enhancements, maintaining timelines and updating stakeholders.
• Develop roadmaps supporting productivity and the integrated EDI journey.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management within distribution processes and systems.
• Resolve issues escalated through distribution and cross-functional teams with recommended actions.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Sales to align on priorities.
