Job summary

Galderma seeks a 3PL Client Success Senior Manager to drive compliant distribution and cost performance across the prescription network. You will manage KPI-based vendor relationships, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth specialty order fulfilment.

You will oversee warehouse contracts, inventory accuracy, and DSCSA compliance while pursuing cost savings through process improvements and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations or logistics.
• APICS/ASCM certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in pharmaceutical logistics or 3PL operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Trade & Distribution liaison to prescription 3PL partners.
• Monitor 3PL systems, report performance, and escalate issues.
• Lead business reviews, identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Ensure DSCSA compliance and inventory accuracy across warehouses.
