Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, distribution, supply chain operations.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, and related SCM technologies.
• Proven ability to manage change using project management methodology.
• Knowledge of EDI, system integrations, and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and enhancements through distribution workstreams with timelines and stakeholder updates.
• Develop roadmaps to improve productivity and the integrated EDI digital journey.
• Lead continuous improvement within distribution processes and change management.
• Address and resolve issues escalated through distribution and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership, Supply Chain and IT to ensure alignment with business needs.
