Job summary

ConnectWise in Tampa, FL, seeks a seasoned VP, Global Distribution Sales to lead our indirect revenue growth through distributor partnerships and two-tier channels. You will own worldwide distribution strategy, manage global teams, and align with MSP partners to scale platform adoption.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Partner Success to build governance, forecast performance, and drive market expansion while sustaining a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in channel sales or distribution leadership.
• 7+ years of executive leadership managing global teams.
• Track record of exceeding ARR, bookings, and revenue targets.
• Experience in SaaS, MSP software, IT management or adjacent markets.
• Global business experience across NA, EMEA, APAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global distribution strategy and execution.
• Oversee distributor relationships and partnerships.
• Achieve indirect revenue targets and growth.
