Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial, strategic account or relationship management within pharma services or related industries.
• Experience leading strategic account teams and driving growth across complex global portfolios.
• Ability to translate client insights into enterprise strategies and multi-divisional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own select strategic accounts and drive growth, profitability and customer experience.
• Develop client relationships and growth plans to enable cross-divisional opportunities.
• Lead governance, monitor relationship health and expand business through senior-level engagement.
• Set account strategy, lead negotiations for complex deals and align priorities across units.
• Coach and develop SALs, coaching for performance and succession planning.
