You will drive cross‑channel investment, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with KPIs such as subscriber growth, CPS, LTV, and premium inventory

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital media with leadership of programmatic teams.
• Deep technical and strategic programmatic buying across multiple channels.
• Strong analytics, attribution modeling, and lifecycle metrics.
• Expertise with ad servers, tag management, and data clean rooms.
• Experience leading global investment and cross‑market coordination.

Responsibilities

• Set global subscriber acquisition strategies and programmatic frameworks.
• Oversee hands-on investment, planning, and buying for the US market.
• Coordinate international clusters for consistent pricing and learnings.
• Lead programmatic innovation, partnerships, and technology pilots.
• Drive AI/algorithmic optimization and Omni platform usage.
• Manage budgets, negotiate costs, and exceed KPI targets.
