Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Director IT, Strategic Initiatives to drive a portfolio of cross-functional programs delivering critical business outcomes for the Process Technology SBG. You will partner with the PT IT M&A Integration Leader on inorganic growth opportunities and lead value realization across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures.

In this role, you will develop PT IT’s strategic 3-5 year plan, govern its deployment, and report to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in IT program/strategy roles.
• Minimum of 5 years leading IT enablement in large transactions (acquisitions, separations, JV).
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams at a global, multi-layered organization.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate actions to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional IT programs to support inorganic growth initiatives.
• Partner with IT Integration Leader on due diligence, integration, and separation activities.
• Translate deal theses into metrics and structured IT execution plans.
• Ensure alignment of applications, data, infrastructure, OT, and cybersecurity with PT strategies.
• Provide visibility into synergy realization, cost, risk, and execution health for leadership.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track execution and value delivery.
