Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Director IT, Strategic Initiatives to drive a portfolio of cross-functional programs delivering critical business outcomes for its Process Technology SBG. The role partners with the PT IT M&A Integration Leader to support planning, governance, and value realization across acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

The leader will develop PT IT’s 3–5 year plan, drive governance, and ensure execution against the value thesis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program management, IT project management, or IT strategy roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT enablement activities in large transactions including acquisitions, separations, and joint ventures.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams at a global, multi-layered corporation or entity.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate actions to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with corporate development and IT leaders to assess technology risks and synergies for inorganic opportunities.
• Support IT due diligence, integration, and separation activities across PT transactions.
• Translate deal theses and value cases into metrics and structured IT execution plans.
• Ensure alignment of applications, data, infrastructure, OT, and cybersecurity with PT strategies and standards.
• Provide clear, fact-based visibility into synergy realization, cost, risk, and execution health for leadership.
• Maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to elevate execution health and risk trends.
• Support governance structures and decision-making with structured insights and recommendations.
• Translate enterprise strategies into actionable IT priorities and budgets.
