The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, industry engagement, and mentoring to elevate CRB’s capabilities. You will work with senior leaders to pursue strategic opportunities and expand CRB’s market presence worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the design/construction industry.
• 10+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, especially oligo & peptides.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field(s).
• Strategic mindset with ability to recognize trends and drive client inspiration.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and investigate industry trends for the oligo & peptides sectors.
• Be CRB’s face for the market, building brand awareness across regions.
• Increase market capture by aligning with Business Development and Sales on strategy.
• Strengthen CRB’s design capabilities through mentoring and training programs.
• Grow regulatory expertise and represent CRB with global bodies.
• Act as a global ambassador for Oligo & Peptides across regions.
• Support operations with project approach and strategic alignment.
