Qualifications

• 15+ years of design/construction industry experience.
• 10+ years in life sciences industry with oligo/peptides knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related science/tech.
• Deep knowledge of Oligo & Peptides processes and cGMP applications.
• Strategic mindset with ability to spot trends and drive opportunities.
• Ability to read industry evolution and innovate solutions.
• Active involvement in professional organizations in Oligo & Peptides.
• Public speaking with confidence and poise.
• Clear technical writing skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence.
• Ability to articulate ideas to clients in real time.

• Global ambassador across regions for oligo & peptides.

Responsibilities

• Strategize trends and future pathways for oligo/peptide facilities.
• Build CRB’s brand across regions via conferences, webinars, and publications.
