• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related science.
• Deep knowledge of Oligo and Peptides processes and cGMP.
• Strong strategic thinking and trend identification.
• Excellent public speaking and leadership skills.
• Proven mentoring abilities and team development.
• Active involvement in professional orgs for oligo/peptides.
• Clear technical writing and communication.
