Clarios is seeking a Director of Corporate Sustainability to define and drive a global strategy. You will work with Government Affairs, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to translate expectations into a prioritized roadmap, govern disclosures, and guide investments for long-term growth.

The role emphasizes CSRD/ESRS, GHG accounting, and assurance, with leadership of cross‑functional teams and strong stakeholder engagement across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in sustainability reporting, GHG accounting or climate strategy; leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-site Scope 1–3 inventories and annual reports.
• Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS, SBTi and ISSB/IFRS S2; external assurance exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Set and execute the enterprise sustainability strategy and roadmap for senior leaders.
• Lead extended financial reporting, climate targets and carbon accounting with a governable data set.
• Coordinate CSRD compliance and disclosures with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop governance, controls and data quality for ESG reporting.
• Lead a team, manage priorities and communicate updates to executives and boards.
