Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to drive sustainability regulatory reporting and disclosures. You will coordinate across Legal, Finance, and HR to prepare for CSRD compliance, synthesize data, and deliver high-quality disclosures aligned with ESRS standards.

The role requires deep knowledge of CSRD/ESRS, plus strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a global perspective on sustainability data and reporting governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sustainability reporting, assurance, compliance or legal fields.
• 5+ years in project management and stakeholder engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to synthesize large qualitative and quantitative data for external reports.
• Experience in human rights impact assessments or value chain mapping.
• Deep understanding of CSRD, ESRS, CSDDD and related due diligence frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate regulations’ requirements and develop reporting plans with focus on social metrics.
• Develop reporting methodologies, frameworks, and templates for regulatory alignment.
• Analyze large volumes of data and draft disclosures aligned with ESRS standards.
• Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies for reporting processes.
• Coordinate data collection with Finance, Legal, HR, and business units.
• Manage workstreams, track deliverables, and ensure timely reporting outputs.
