Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Communications to lead the global corporate communications strategy and execution, strengthening the company—s reputation, boosting employee engagement, and supporting business transformation.

You will advise the Executive Leadership Team, driving integrated communications across internal, external, media relations, digital content, crisis management, and corporate storytelling, while guiding a global team and coordinating with regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive communications leadership experience.
• Proven experience advising C-suite executives on messaging, change, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional communications organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global corporate communications strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Advise the Executive Leadership Team on messaging, organizational change, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead executive communications including speeches, town halls, leadership messaging, presentations, thought leadership content, and enterprise announcements.
• Oversee external communications, media relations, and reputation management across global markets.
• Drive employee communications and engagement to improve transparency, alignment, culture, and understanding of company priorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global communications team.
