Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering execution of NPDI programs from concept to production release.
• Drive cross-discipline trade-off decisions across complex power systems.
• Champion DMAIC methodologies and design of experiments.
• Manage engineering budgets, resources and capacity planning.
• Partner with product management to inform technology roadmaps.
• Invest in tools and technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Build and maintain a strong IP position through disciplined innovation.
• Attract, develop and retain top engineering talent across geographies.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing engineering.
• Interface with regulatory and certification bodies for global compliance.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
