Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Project Manager in Global Services PMO to drive NPDI initiatives and digital service transformations. You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and regional services to ensure readiness, scalability, and successful global deployment.

Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to Global Services objectives, while contributing to PMO process improvement and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination or project management within a global or matrix organization.
• Exposure to product development, service development, or NPDI environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute NPDI and digital services projects using PMO and Vertiv Operating System (VOS) frameworks.
• Track and manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure service readiness requirements (documentation, training, enablement, cost inputs) are incorporated into project deliverables.
• Support stage‑gate governance from concept through launch and post‑launch readiness.
