Starwood Hotels is seeking a Corporate Director, Engineering in Florida to lead engineering operations and capital planning for its luxury and lifestyle hotel brands. The role requires coordinating with property GMs, ownership groups, Finance, Design & Construction, Sustainability, IT, and Operations to protect asset value and guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in engineering and hospitality leadership, with strong CAPEX, maintenance, and building systems expertise.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in engineering, facilities, asset management, or operations in hospitality.
• Experience managing engineering operations across multiple hotels.
• Knowledge of central HVAC plants, electrical distribution, plumbing, vertical transportation, fire/life safety.
• Ability to develop multi-year CAPEX plans and justify investments.
• Experience in occupied hotels with minimal disruption.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee global engineering operations and capital programs for luxury/lifestyle hotels.
• Lead portfolio-wide CAPEX planning and asset-condition assessments.
• Manage preventive maintenance, commissioning, and lifecycle planning.
• Collaborate with GMs, ownership, Finance, and Design & Construction.
• Travel regularly to operating hotels and respond to portfolio issues.
