Job summary

HHM seeks a Corporate Director of Engineering to lead a best-in-class corporate engineering function and oversee the regional program and capital expenditure across 200+ properties.

You will partner with property GMs and chief engineers, drive safety, sustainability, and energy efficiency, and report initiatives to executive leaders and ownership groups.

Travel is frequent; a strong engineering background and PMP/CCM are highly desirable to advance brand standards and asset value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years multi-property facility management and construction in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with budgets, P&L and balance sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering program and capital expenditure across 200+ properties.
• Coach and develop property engineers; align with corporate safety and sustainability.
• Oversee risk, permits, inspections, and coordination with owners and contractors.
• Direct major capital projects and supplier/vendor bid processes.
• Advise senior leadership on asset preservation and five-year CapEx planning.
