Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions seeks a Director of Digital Program Management to lead a global team and drive scalable, data-driven digital strategies across the Global Components business. You will shape operating models, governance, and change management to deliver strategic digital outcomes.

You will collaborate with Digital Product Management, Finance, and IT to manage budgets, roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations while guiding a culture of measurement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively increasing digital program management and leadership experience.
• Experience in large complex global environment, B2B industrial preferred.
• Strong financial and analytics skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across functions.
• Master communicator with experience presenting to executives and peers.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• High integrity; culturally sensitive and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of program, project and portfolio managers and change leaders.
• Define, communicate, and lead cross-functional operating model and ways of working to achieve digital vision and OKRs.
• Lead organizational reviews, governance forums, and ensure alignment across leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership on program scope, roadmaps, sequencing, trade-offs and key results.
• Establish strong stakeholder relationships and proactively address concerns.
• Partner with Digital Product Management and Business leaders on readiness, processes and change management.
• Partner with Finance and IT to track budgets and inform investment strategies.
• Leverage industry insights to identify trends relevant to digital transformation and program leadership.
• Track, measure and analyze program progress and performance.
• Lead Change Management programs and internal communications strategy.
• Support development of a customer-centric, data-informed culture.
