Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related field.
• 12+ years of progressively increasing digital program management and leadership experience.
• Experience in large complex global environments; B2B industrial preferred.
• Strong financial reporting skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of program, project and portfolio managers.
• Define and lead cross-functional operating models and collaboration approaches.
• Oversee governance forums and executive communications.
• Partner with Digital Product Management and Business leaders on readiness and change management.
• Track budgets and advocate investment strategies across people, processes, and technology.
