Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Denver, Colorado seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Engineering to lead a ~80-person global engineering organization and four domain managers, aligning regions and time zones with aligned product goals.

You will own engineering quality, the technical roadmap, and non-functional standards across Adobe AEM, SAP Commerce, Oracle, data services, APIs, and integrations, driving CI/CD, secure development, and performance improvements while partnering with Architecture, QA, and

Proven ability to drive organizational change while maintaining delivery continuity.
Strong understanding of agile delivery with product owners and architects.

Responsibilities

Lead four domain managers and an ~80-person global engineering organization across regions and time zones.
Own engineering quality, the technical roadmap, and non-functional standards across AEM, SAP Commerce, Oracle, data services, APIs, and integrations.
Create a unified operating model enabling fast, quality-focused delivery with velocity.
Drive code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, secure development, and performance engineering.
Partner with Architecture, Systems Engineering, Agile Delivery Operations, QA, and Support to manage dependencies.
Ensure operational quality including availability, performance, resilience, and corrective actions.
Establish measures to identify constraints and improve throughput and platform health.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Networking, and InfoSec on environments, services, security, and compliance.
Own engineering vendor relationships and improve partner performance.
