Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation to own the global demand generation function for its enterprise business, reporting to the SVP of Marketing. This role leads a team of managers and ICs, setting the global methodology and measurement across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships to drive pipeline and revenue.

The position requires a strategic operator, negotiator, and hands-on marketer who will allocate spend, design lifecycle programs, and build partner

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing experience with deep specialization in B2B demand generation.
• Senior leadership responsibility for a global or multi-region functional area.
• Hands-on performance marketing with paid budgets across multiple channels.
• Strong analytics and funnel attribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the global demand generation strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting against pipeline and revenue targets.
• Establish the methodology the demand function runs on globally; campaign frameworks and measurement.
• Partner with regional marketing leaders to ensure global campaigns land with regional market fit.
• Own paid strategy across search, social, display, and content syndication with core channels.
• Own lifecycle strategy across email, nurture, and in-product touchpoints to convert existing demand.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate messaging into campaigns that convert.
• Align demand goals with Sales on definitions and targets; manage lead-to-opportunity handoff.
