Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in operational strategy OR 3 years management consulting.
• Superior project management skills with cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure issues clearly.
• Proven ability to set priorities in a global environment.
• Operational risk management and contingency planning.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute business transformation strategies to improve quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Establish and drive transformation roadmap structure and strategy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lean initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to support multiple products and pipelines.
• Collaborate with AZ networks to align with industry trends and ROI.
• Communicate strategy implementation to senior leadership.
