Job summary

AstraZeneca seeks a Senior Director in Global Analytics & Insights for Cell Therapy, reporting to the Global Commercial Head. You will lead analytics, shape portfolio strategy, and guide long-range planning across priority assets from development through commercialization.

You will build deep knowledge of disease areas, HCP and patient insights, and the competitive landscape to inform asset prioritization and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Science or MBA required.
• Minimum 6 years of analytical and market research experience in pharma/consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with senior executives.
• Experience in strategy roles within pharma or life sciences consulting.
• Ability to influence market understanding using data and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Global Analytics & Insights point of contact for Cell Therapy enterprise.
• Build knowledge of disease areas, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Lead strategic projects with enterprise leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop insights to support clinical development, indication strategy, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Global Commercial, R&D, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Operations.
• Manage relationships and budgets with external market research vendors.
• Explore advanced analytics and predictive modeling for cell therapy delivery.
