Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline.
• 7+ years in operational strategy OR 3 years management consulting experience.
• Superior project management skills with cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure complex issues.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global context.
• Passion for patients and customers, representing diverse needs.
