Job summary

AstraZeneca seeks a Senior Director, Global Marketing for Cell Therapy to shape and drive the global commercial strategy across multiple indications. You will translate emerging evidence and patient needs into differentiated development and commercialization plans in a fast-growing cell therapy portfolio.

You will partner across R&D, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and country teams to deliver launch-ready programs, optimize resource allocation, and ensure brand consistency,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in pharma/healthcare marketing or commercial leadership.
• Experience with cell therapy, gene therapy, or advanced therapy is a plus.
• Global experience across major markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop global brand strategy and launch plans for Cell Therapy.
• Build global capabilities and customer journeys to support launch readiness.
• Translate strategy into region-specific implementation plans.
• Partner with Medical, Market Access, Clinical, Regulatory, Analytics & Insights, Manufacturing, Supply, and country teams.
• Manage budgets and external agencies for brand and launch activities.
