Job summary

AstraZeneca GmbH seeks a Strategy and Commercial Executive Director for Cell Therapy Strategy and Commercial (CTSC). You will shape end-to-end strategy for a therapeutic indication, lead global commercial initiatives, and align with clinical, data science, and market access teams.

You will influence senior leaders and drive launch readiness across markets. Reporting to the VP, you will build evidence from real-world data to support PH3ID forecasts, and guide cross-functional teams through

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 10 years of experience in life sciences or consulting firm with focus in life science programs.
• OR MS/MBA and 8+ years of experience in life sciences or consulting firm with focus in life science programs.
• OR PhD or MD and 5+ of experience in life sciences or consulting firm with focus in life science programs.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior executive teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Strategy for defined indication in Cell Therapy.
• Shape early asset, disease, and portfolio strategies through PH3IDs.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Global Commercial and R&D teams.
• Develop industry-leading competitive intelligence and market analytics.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership.
