Sprinklr is seeking an experienced Director of Business Intelligence to transform our BI strategy into a prioritized, multi-quarter roadmap and scale data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and HR to align data definitions and KPIs.

You will lead data engineering, governance, analytics, and enterprise integrations while advancing AI-enabled outcomes, guiding architecture decisions, and mentoring a global BI team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI, data engineering, or enterprise data management
• 5+ years leading technical teams in SaaS or software
• Experience with modern data platforms and cloud architectures
• Experience establishing data governance and AI-enabled automation
• Strong leadership and executive communication skills

Responsabilités

• Translate BI strategy into multi-quarter roadmap
• Partner with executives across Finance, Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, HR
• Embed AI into BI roadmap with measurable ROI
• Advance predictive, prescriptive, and generative analytics
• Oversee data platform architecture, governance, and security
• Lead a global team of BI engineers, data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
• Own BI tech stack, vendor strategy, and modernization roadmap
