Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Director of Business Intelligence to translate enterprise BI strategy into a prioritized roadmap and scale data‑driven decision making globally. Reporting to the VP of BI, this leader will align data definitions across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and HR to build key KPIs and measurements that inform strategic choices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in BI, data engineering, or enterprise data management.
• At least five years leading technical teams and delivering scalable BI/analytics in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), SQL, ETL/ELT, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Translate BI strategy into a prioritized, multi‑quarter roadmap and drive delivery across the organization.
• Lead a global team of BI engineers, data engineers, analysts, and data scientists; set goals and mentor growth.
• Oversee data architecture, governance, and enterprise data platforms and integrations.
• Deliver executive dashboards, enterprise KPIs, and self‑service analytics with trusted data models.
