Sprinklr Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Intelligence to translate enterprise BI strategy into a prioritized roadmap and scale data-driven decision-making globally.

Reporting to the VP of BI, you will align data across Finance, Sales, Marketing, CX, Product, and HR and oversee data engineering, governance, analytics, and integrations. The ideal leader combines technical depth with business acumen, scaling BI teams in a global SaaS environment and driving measurable value for

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI, data engineering, or enterprise data management.
• 5+ years leading technical teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Expertise with Snowflake, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise BI strategy into a prioritized roadmap and oversee execution.
• Lead a global BI team of engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, CX, Product and HR to align data definitions.
