Job summary

Advantest Cloud Solutions (ACS) is seeking a Business Development Director to lead the global BD team and drive revenue growth through strategic account collaboration, proposals and value differentiation.

You will work with account sales managers and cross‑functional groups to shape ACS solutions that meet customer needs and align with strategic objectives in a fast‑evolving silicon lifecycle market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global business development team and set strategy for worldwide growth and customer engagement.
• Promote ACS solutions and tailor value propositions to meet account needs and differentiate from competitors.
• Define and manage the regional ACS business budget to align with company goals.
• Engage in ACS activities and initiatives, identifying new customer needs and coordinating with marketing.
• Act as liaison to key accounts, supporting existing customers on the real‑time data infrastructure and analytics applications.
• Collaborate with the Global Account team on account strategies, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and execution plans.
• Provide detailed reports on strategic planning and performance for specific accounts, and participate in Customer Support and Sales meetings.
• Gather customer feedback and coordinate with Marketing, Solution Integration and Pre‑sales to address demand for unique applications or products.
