Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Director of AI, Automation & Analytics to lead the Global Business Services digital transformation. You will drive AI, GenAI, intelligent automation, and analytics initiatives across the enterprise, delivering productivity improvements and measurable business value.

You will manage a global team through two Director-level leaders and partner with IT, process owners, and governance bodies to scale transformative programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years leading AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years leading global teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GBS AI, automation, and analytics strategy aligned with transformation priorities.
• Identify and scale high‑impact AI/GenAI use cases to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Lead agile teams through solution design, development, and value realization.
• Establish governance for AI, automation, and low‑code platforms and drive adoption.
