Sedgwick in the United States is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to lead enterprise or business-unit transformation programs, shaping strategy and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The role drives AI-enabled operating models and delivers measurable growth and efficiency.

You will sponsor large-scale initiatives, partner with VPs and executives, and establish governance, metrics, and benefit realization.

Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Ten (10+) years of experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Certifications related to business transformation and/or AI preferred.
Executive presence with enterprise thinking and change leadership.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise or business-unit transformation programs aligned with strategic objectives.
Shape transformation strategy and translates priorities into executable roadmaps.
Sponsor large-scale AI-enabled process redesign and technology enablement initiatives.
Partner with VPs and executive leaders to align priorities, resources, and outcomes.
Establish enterprise-level governance, success metrics, and benefit realization frameworks.
Drives cultural adoption of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Ensures transformation outcomes are embedded into operating models.
