BD is seeking a Senior Director to lead AI, automation, and analytics within Global Business Services. You will drive the digital transformation across Hire-to-Retire, Source-to-Pay, and other core processes, delivering substantial productivity improvements and measurable business value.

You will manage two Director-level leaders, partner with IT, process owners, and governance bodies, and shape the future of BD's global operations with a strong focus on governance, risk, and Responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS,Engineering,Info Systems, Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive AI, automation, analytics, digital transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of leadership managing global teams and complex programs.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience in Global Business Services, Shared Services, or similar global orgs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the GBS AI, automation, and analytics strategy aligned with transformation priorities.
• Identify and scale high-impact AI and GenAI use cases to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Drive enterprise adoption of intelligent automation including RPA, workflow automation, and IDP.
• Oversee portfolio management across AI, automation, analytics and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead agile teams and ensure solutions are scalable, user-centered, and deliver business value.
