Job summary

Takeda seeks a Director-level leader to define and advance the company's financial communications strategy, shaping how growth is conveyed to shareholders, analysts, employees and other external stakeholders.

You will partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership, collaborate with Investor Relations and Legal, and lead a global team to deliver clear, compelling narratives across earnings materials, conferences and annual reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications, public relations, finance or related field.
• 12 years of communications, investor relations, finance or related experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and governance considerations.
• Proven experience communicating corporate strategy to investors and analysts.
• Experience counseling senior executives on investor communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Takeda's global financial communications strategy across enterprise growth narratives.
• Advise CFO and Finance Leadership Team on executive communications.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Finance, Legal and Corporate Communications.
• Oversee earnings communications, investor events and reports.
• Build relationships with financial media globally and act as spokesperson if needed.
• Define governance and frameworks for financial communications and disclosure.
