• Pharma or healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Takeda's global enterprise media relations strategy and narrative.
• Oversee enterprise media relations, issues management and crisis communications governance.
• Establish Centers of Excellence to strengthen capabilities and consistency.
• Provide strategic counsel to executives on reputation, risk and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate across functions to align messaging and ensure readiness across locations.
• Act as a primary spokesperson and ensure executive readiness.
