• Experience counseling senior executives on investor communications.
• Experience leading global, geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Takeda's global financial communications strategy.
• Advise the CFO and Finance Leadership Team on communications.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Finance, Legal and Communications teams.
• Develop executive communications to strengthen visibility and credibility.
• Oversee internal transformation and finance communications counsel.
• Build strategic relationships with global financial media.
• Represent the company in investor-facing communications and media readiness.
• Lead governance and best practices for financial communications across regions.
