Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
• 15 years of communications, technology communications or related experience, preferably in healthcare/tech.
• Experience shaping enterprise technology, AI, data, cybersecurity or innovation narratives.
• Strong experience counseling senior executives including CDTO and leadership teams.
• Proven ability leading globally distributed communications teams.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Takeda's enterprise technology communications strategy and unified approaches.
• Define and evolve the enterprise technology and DD&T narratives for consistency.
• Provide strategic counsel to the CDTO and DD&T Leadership Team.
• Oversee external visibility, media relations and thought leadership.
• Develop and grow a high-performing, global DD&T communications team.
• Champion Takeda’s values and digital transformation messaging.
