Job summary

Fall Creek is seeking a Director of Business Systems & Solutions to connect business strategy with technology on a global scale. This hybrid role leads the enterprise systems, drives process improvement, and aligns technology investments with measurable business value across the organization.

You will partner with executives to translate needs into scalable solutions, own the roadmap, govern system requests, and guide ERP implementations and integrations. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Biz Admin, Eng or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise applications, business systems, ERP implementations or related tech functions.
• Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, business analysis, process design, governance, and solution delivery.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and system integrations.
• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes with technology investments.
• Experience evaluating AI-enabled capabilities and automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytics, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Systems & Solutions function and global Business Analyst team.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions with leaders across the business.
• Oversee requirements, process analysis, design, testing and adoption.
• Own the roadmap and continuous improvement of enterprise systems.
• Establish governance and priorities for system requests and investments.
• Lead enterprise applications implementations, enhancements, integrations and custom solutions.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to boost performance.
• Manage software vendors, implementation partners and providers.
• Develop a high-performing, collaborative team.
