Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Director of Global Enterprise Applications to lead strategy, governance, and delivery across the company’s enterprise systems. The role partners with executives to modernize ERP/MES/QMS/PLM and drive digital transformation in a regulated environment. Hybrid work and up to 20% travel are expected.

The candidate will oversee a global team, manage budgets, and ensure audit readiness while advancing Industry 4.0 capabilities and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years leading enterprise applications or business systems.
• 5+ years leading large teams and programs.
• Experience in regulated healthcare/medical device industries preferred.
• Proven success in enterprise transformation and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global enterprise applications strategy.
• Advise leadership on technology investments and modernization.
• Lead the enterprise application portfolio (ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, etc.).
• Oversee lifecycle from system selection to retirement.
• Establish governance, prioritization, and performance-management processes.
• Lead technology workstreams for global process standardization and integration.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Security teams for compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to improve manufacturing and planning.
• Drive data, analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external service providers.
• Build and grow a high-performing global team of application leaders.
